Many brands, one list

Your installer login brings in every plant

Hoymiles (S-Miles), APsystems (EMA), Growatt (ShinePhone), Felicity Solar (Fsolar), SolarEdge (with your installer account's key), Fronius, Solis, GoodWe, Victron, Sungrow and Solarman. Cenit asks which one to open and keeps the rest under Plants. For eGauge meters, paste all your clients' links at once.

NEP, Enphase and Huawei come one at a time

For these three brands Cenit reads one plant per brand for now. NEP connects with the NEP Viewer login, Enphase with a free developer app and Huawei with the FusionSolar kiosk link, no password needed. They sit in the same list as the rest.

Panel by panel where the brand allows it

NEP, Hoymiles and APsystems report every panel. For APsystems you need to have drawn the panel map in EMA. Open the plant and you'll see whether they all dropped together, which is dust, or just one did, marked on a drawing of the roof. The other brands report the whole plant.

What each brand needs to connect is on the main Cenit page, and the app walks you through it when you connect.

What you see each morning

The ones in trouble, first

The Plants screen opens with today's energy across all of them. Then come the ones worth a look. No signal, not answering, or running below normal. Each plant is compared with what it usually makes by that hour and with the others, so a cloudy day doesn't count as a fault. With Hoymiles you also see its grid, inverter and meter alarms.

Alerts with the app closed

You get “Garza house stopped reporting” or “Garza house made 60% of its usual yesterday”. Once per problem, not every day.

A service schedule for each plant

For each plant you put in when it was switched on, how many visits a year its plan has (1 to 4) and the last visit. Cenit lists who's due, overdue ones first. It reminds you two weeks ahead and again once the date has passed.

Where they are

A map of your plants by city. The app draws it itself, with no map service behind it, so the map doesn't hand your clients' locations to anyone.

Quick quote, in Mexico

Take a photo of the CFE bill of someone who doesn't have panels yet and in seconds you see how many they need, what they cost, how much they save and how long they take to pay off. It uses your own price, and you send it by WhatsApp as an image. Nothing from the bill is saved.

A web dashboard for your team

It's optional. At cenit.hrvojematosic.com your team sees the same plants from a browser. You link your iPhone in Settings → Web dashboard with a six-letter code. There you add your technicians, keep your clients and your price list, and put together each visit's sheet with a link the client opens without an account. A visit a technician marks done on the dashboard comes back to your phone.

The dashboard never signs in to any brand's cloud. Your phone sends it the list of plants after each read, with their names, production, location and service schedule. Your passwords stay on the phone.

What it costs

You pay by how many plants you have, not per plant. Once for good, or by the month if you'd rather not pay it all up front. You can cancel the monthly one whenever you want.

The first month every plant is open, so you see your whole list working before you pay. After that 3 stay free. The purchase belongs to your Apple ID, so it opens your plants on your iPad too. With a plan, your plants and logins move between your devices through your own iCloud. The App Store shows the price in your local currency.

Your data

The app doesn't ask you to make a Cenit account. Your passwords are kept in the iPhone's Keychain and only go to each brand's own servers. With a plan, they travel encrypted between your devices through your iCloud. Readings stay on the phone. The details are in the privacy policy.

Cenit is an independent app, made in Mexico, and isn't connected with any inverter maker. Some of what it reads isn't officially documented, so if a brand changes something on their side, a connection can stop working for a while.
